A 6 week small group coaching experience for the individual that wants to stop binge eating and get over her food stuff once and for all.

A 6 week small group coaching experience for the individual that wants to end binge eating.

You've been battling food for longer than you would like to admit.

It has pulled you away from friends and family.
It has impacted your confidence.
You have spent way more money on getting food or burning food off than you would like to admit
.
Your eating and exercise was once something you enjoyed or used as a way to feel superior to others but now you are over it.

Now YOU are different.

You know another diet isn’t the answer.
You are done with all the quick fixes.
And you are so tired of bouncing between extremes.

What you crave now is a peaceful, calm relationship with food and your body. One that allows you to enjoy your life and doesn’t dictate it.
The good news - it’s closer than you think– just 6 weeks away.

Sound too good to be true? It’s not.

What if you simply didn’t have to struggle any more?

I have helped countless women who thought they were destined to be controlled by food for their entire lives say, “I cannot believe how fast I stopped binge eating.”

Ready to join them?

  • "I was surprised that I could stop bingeing, and that even after I stopped, I could have the confidence that it wouldn’t become a problem again in the future."

    - Kate M.

  • "I stopped binge eating within just a few weeks of working with Renae which I never thought was even a possibility. A side benefit of that is how much easier life feels without always having to think about food."

    - Hedda B.

  • "I was not sure I wanted to be apart of a group setting, initially, but after just a couple of calls I really saw the value in them. Hearing other women say and talk about the exact things I have thought or done was so relieving. I feel like the group aspect excelled my progress."

    - Ellie M.

  • "The End the War With Food and Body content was invaluable. Even though it was a one way flow of informaiton it still felt like coaching because it is chock full of your voice, style and wisdom so it was kind of like being coached without having to speak back."

    - Katie B.

It is entirely possible to stop binge eating in 6 weeks and I am going to help you get there.

  • Instead of counting calories like it’s your job, or sneaking off to binge when you should be living your life, imagine the freedom of just being—eating when you're hungry, stopping when you're full, and actually enjoying food without guilt.

  • Instead of wasting money on food that barely touches your tastebuds, think about using it to actually invest in things that light you up—travel, hobbies, experiences that fill your life, not just your stomach.

  • Instead of being wiped out from the cycle of binge, shame, repeat, how about having energy to engage in life? To show up in ways that fuel your soul, not just burn off calories.

  • Instead of crushing it for two weeks only to hit rock bottom again, what if you found balance? A life that doesn’t swing between extremes but cruises comfortably in the middle lane.

  • Instead of obsessing over your next meal or replaying food mistakes in your head, imagine a mind free to focus on what really matters—relationships, passions, feeling alive, not just existing.

With this program, you’ll learn how to silence the constant food chatter, break the cycle for good, and finally feel at peace with what you eat. This isn’t just another quick fix.

This is the last program you will ever need to help you with food.

How we will work together:

Over the course of 6 week, you will receive:

  • 6 - 60 minute group calls.

  • Support from myself and others between calls.

  • Access to my “End The War With Food and Body” Program (client’s have said this course alone completely change their eating habits).

  • Some homework/resources for you to work through between calls, but nothing you need to stress about - an hour a week - MAX.

The Curriculum:

1. FOOD:

The constant stream of food chatter running through your brain is about to come to an abrupt STOP! We are clearing the clutter in your mind around food and body, so you can have some space to think. You will learn to trust your hunger and fullness cues and feel sane around any food.

2. EMOTIONAL REGULATION:

There is nothing wrong with emotional eating, but when you feel like you don’t have a choice and food is controlling you – that is when we have an issue. Instead of going from one extreme to the next with your emotions you will learn how to live in the middle lane. I will teach you how to feel bored, experience frustration, and decompress at the end of a long day in a way that doesn’t require food or feel like you have to sit on your hands.

3. BODY IMAGE + EXERCISE:

You probably want to exercise and eat healthy, right? I want that for you too, but we have to get your brain and your body working together instead of fighting against each other. You will learn how to challenge old ideas about your body, learn skills to build better body image immediately, and create a new relationship to exercise- one that isn’t forced or feel like punishment.

BONUS: PRIORITIZE YOUR DAMN SELF!

Keeping your word to yourself as much as you do others. In this bonus section we are going to begin turning the dial up on your confidence and self trust.

The best part?

This group is going to carry you right into the holidays so you won’t have to sneak pie in the kitchen, fish cookies out of the trash, or stuff yourself to the point of feeling sick.

You’ll have me by your side when family’s breathing down your neck, holiday parties are back-to-back, and every table is covered in snacks.

While everyone else is obsessing over their "January diet," you’ll be cruising through the season without the guilt or stress.

When Aunt Glenda’s ranting about how much she hates her body, you’ll have the tools to handle it. When Nancy starts preaching about her new diet, you can roll your eyes (mentally) and be grateful that’s not your reality anymore.
