Keep cookies in your cupboard and forget they are there.

Eat pizza with your partner without a panic attack.

Spend your evenings relaxing and not inhaling everything that isn’t nailed down.

THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET INSIDE
“Ditch the Binge”

You’ve accomplished
a lot in your life.

And then there’s that whole “food thing.”

You’ve tried all the diets from Paelo to Keto, to Whole 30, and WW. Maybe you have dabbled in some of the new weight loss drugs that are sweeping the nation. But despite your best efforts - they aren’t working. You’re exhausted by the constant food thoughts and the extreme thinking and behaviors pulling you back and forth.

You want to relax but you don’t even remember what that looks like without a glass of wine, a bag of chips, or a bowl of cereal in your hand. You know the path you’re on isn’t sustainable, but you don’t even know where or how to start, and that’s scary af.

Because well, haven’t you tried everything already?!

I’ve got you.

And I guarantee that you have not tried everything.

I know what it’s like to wonder every day if you are going to binge or be okay.

To need everything to go perfectly according to plan so you don’t eat your face off or lose your sh*t.

To have your self-worth be dependent on calories consumed, steps taken, or what the scales spits out that morning.

I spent years of my life lying about disappearing food, sneaking to hide my binges, obsessing over calories and macros, tip-toeing out to toss the wrappers, and being distracted in any and all relationships because all I thought about was eating, how to burn off what I ate, or what my stomach looked like.

There’s another way.

A much, much better way.

You’re in the right place if you want to:

  • Feel comfortable around food and quiet the inner chatter.

  • Unwind at the end of the day without overeating.

  • Enjoy an unexpected ice cream cone with your family without guilt or anxiety.

  • Be more present and involved in your relationships.

  • Exercise in a way that feels good.

  • Go to sleep when you are tired instead of eating.

I can’t believe how quickly everything changed.I stopped binge eating really early on and my biggest fear was that I would never stop gaining weight and that simply didn’t happen. In fact, my body didn’t really even change that much. I have had chocolate sitting at my desk for weeks and sometimes I eat some and sometimes I don’t. I never had a choice like this before.

LEAVE THE LAND OF DOING “REALLY GOOD” OR “ REALLY BAD” WITH FOOD ONCE AND FOR ALL.

You know another diet isn’t the answer.

You know more information about carbs or macros won’t offer you the outcome you desire.

You need something different.

Something that addresses the food, yes, but also how you manage emotions, how you treat yourself, and how you show up for your life.

1. Quiet the food noise + Create food neutrality

You will finally understand why food consumes so much of your headspace and how to quiet it for good.

You will regain trust in yourself around any food and be able to keep cookies in the cupboard or ice cream in the freezer without obsessing over it . You will shift from thinking about food 80-90% of the day to about 20-30%.

Believe it or not, ending binge eating is one of the first changes that will happen for you.

You will learn the difference between a binge and just eating extra food, what to do when you do get really full or really hungry and officially leave the cycle of binge/restrict for good.

Here’s what you will work through:

2. Body image + exercise

You probably want to exercise and eat healthy, right? I want that for you too, but we have to get your brain and your body working together instead of fighting against each other.

You will begin to challenge old ideas of your body, break out of the box you’ve been trying to shove yourself in to, and develop trust with yourself to eat when hungry, stop when full, and actually LIKE your reflection in the mirror. Instead of exercise being a grueling activity fueled by anxiety, you will begin to transform how you workout, what it looks like, and how it feels.

3. Emotional Regulation

Learn how to feel bored, experience frustration, and decompress at the end of a long day without having to eat. Your emotions, the ones you are likely turning to food to quiet or dull out now, will be allowed, processed, and listened to in a way that serves you.

4. Relationships + Speaking up

Rather than reaching for a box of cookies when you're annoyed with your boss, upset with your partner, or frustrated with a family member, you'll master the art of expressing yourself clearly and assertively. You will learn how to confidently set boundaries and use your voice effectively in your relationships.

Our time together:

The specifics:

We will work together 1:1 for 5 months. During our time together, you will have 3 powerful 60-minute calls each month. In addition to this, you will have access to me outside of sessions for those “What am I doing again?!” moments via Voxer, a voice messaging app.

Personalized Strategy and Support

We'll create a tailored strategy to take you from where you are now to where you want to be. This includes setting specific goals that align with your life and desired outcomes. Beyond our calls, you'll have access to me via Voxer. No more waiting days for feedback—get the support you need when you need it. Clients love this feature!

Exclusive Online Program Access

You'll also gain access to my comprehensive online program, packed with potent information and an accompanying workbook. This program answers many of your burning questions and provides the tools you need to succeed. It's designed to blow your socks off and support your journey to food freedom.

The Investment:

$5000 for 5 months.
Or 5 payments of $1000 or 8 payments of $650

Many of the women I work with stop binge eating within the first two months. The remaining time focuses on the deeper factors leading to binge or emotional eating, helping you rebuild trust and confidence in yourself. By the end of our work together, you'll feel solid and ready to maintain your progress.

Before you know it you will be able to:

  • You and I both know that the answer to stress isn’t in the bottom of that bottle of wine, the bag of chips, or another Amazon purchase. You are going to understand your triggers and how to navigate the emotions that used to send you spending for days or weeks. You are leaving the extreme highs and lows behind so you can feel more grounded and balanced around food, your life, and relationships.

  • Gone will be the days where you obsessively study the menu beforehand to figure out all the nutritional info on the dishes . Or needing to carefully articulate your excuses as to why you’re “too busy, ” to join in because you know the food isn’t safe or on plan. Instead, you’ll just…GO TO DINNER! On a whim. No planning, no restricting, no worrying, or binge eating after required. You just get to go out and enjoy the meal.

  • Listen- no judgment here. Who HASN’T sized up the fit chick in yoga or obsessed over every other woman's body at an event? It isn’t fun and the desire or habit to do these is about to be demolished! You will be establishing a new relationship with your own body and life that the thought to compare will be gone. You will be too busy enjoying your own damn life to think about hers. OR you will recognize she is a babe and make it mean nothing about YOU. That’s some REAL freedom!

  • The amount of time you spend thinking about food, eating food, burning off food, etc is a lot. And it keeps you from showing the hell up to the rest of your life. Together we will uncover your patterns, rework your routines, and put you in the driver’s seat. The time you used to waste will be put towards things you GENUINELY enjoy! (Because no one actually enjoys eating two lines of Oreos and feeling sick.) Your life is about to get an upgrade. Buckle up!

I HAVE BEEN EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE.

The amount of energy and money I spent on eating food, hiding food, or burning food off was enough to be a full time job. I couldn’t focus on hard tasks unless I was shoving something in my mouth. I was constantly stressed and felt like I was right on the edge of a meltdown but at the same time, deep down, I knew I could get past this stuff!

And I told myself every time I was bingeing on brownies in a vacant parking lot or cruising through drive-through #3 of the day- “If I ever figure out how to escape this hell, I am helping others,” and now it is my job.

To help women like you.

Women who are ready to move the hell on with their life.

A life that doesn’t revolve around food.

CLIENT RESULTS:

“Before working with Renae, I needed a drink or food to deal with any and all of life’s emotions. Now I don’t. I can just feel it! And that is still kind of weird to just feel stuff. I’ve been an emotional eater my whole life and it just doesn’t really exist now. I still can’t believe it.”

- Katie H.

“It almost feels like magic. As someone who worked in mental health, I thought I should be able to figure this out on my own. If I let myself think of how much of my life I wasted obsessing about food and weight, it is devastating to me-so I don’t go there very often. But it doesn’t even matter now because today, I finally feel free.  Free to keep whatever food I want in my house & my head isn’t flooded with food noise. My biggest regret in life is not finding Renae sooner.

- Lyn M.

“It’s so nice to just be able to show up somewhere and eat. I don’t have to follow a protocol or have food made especially for me. I can just show up and eat- or not- and it’s no big deal.

- Mira M.

“I can’t believe how little time has passed and how different I feel. I honestly can’t believe this is my life. Before I felt so trapped by thoughts of food and getting it right and now I can just go out to eat without stress. I feel so much more confident in who I am without having food consuming all my energy.”

- Bryn B.

FAQ’s

I want/need to lose weight - should I still get this?

I am not surprised you want to lose weight.
About 90% of my clients do. That’s what got most of us here in the first place! You wanting to lose weight is fine, but this isn’t weight loss focused.

We need to change your relationship to food and your body first and foremost. If you can put weightloss on the backburner for a moment and really focus on changing your relationship to food and your body, then I will say it is a great time for you to start.

I don’t have an eating disorder, is this for me?

The majority of the women that invest in this don’t have a clinical eating disorder but food and weight take up way more time than they want it to. Maybe they identify more as a stress eater or emotional eater instead of a “binge eater”. Or they had more disordered eating in the past and now their relationship to food is simply annoying and they want to spend less time thinking about it.

If you are tired of food/weight occupying your energy, you have tried countless things to resolve this, and you want to change how you take care of yourself- this is for you.

What if it doesn’t work?

A very common fear. And you are fearful because this is different. If I were giving you macros, a meal plan, or a new program to follow that would probably be a little more comfortable, right? This is going to completely change how you view food, how you eat food, how you view your body, and show up for yourself.

It isn’t a “will this work?” kind of thing. This is a shift in how you live.

But also, it will “work”.

I stay in contact with many of the women I worked with 5+ years ago and they are still incredibly satisfied with the work we did together and consider it “life changing” to this day. They have not gone back to their old ways with food and weight and believe the our time together changed how they will look at food, body, exercise for their entire life.
