2 Live Coaching Calls a Month:

Each month you will have the opportunity to get personalized coaching, ask questions, or request feedback on whatever you are working toward on a group call.  Can’t make a call? No problem. All calls will be recorded and uploaded to our main hub where all worksheets, workshops, and challenges will live.

Monthly Topics + Worksheets

Each month, we’ll dive into a new topic with a workshop, worksheets, and practical tools to help you apply what you’re learning. Examples of topics include: Navigating Discomfort, Emotional Regulation, Speaking Up Without Reacting, Time Management, and Eating/Exercising Without Extremes…

On group calls, you’ll get personalized coaching, be able to ask questions, and or receive feedback on whatever you’re working toward. These topics are flexible starting points—not rigid rules—so if a particular topic doesn’t resonate, you can still get coaching and support tailored to your goals.

Miss a call? No worries. Recordings, worksheets, and challenges will all be housed in our main hub for easy access.

For example, women were wanting more connection calls, so we changed it up! Some women have mentioned book groups and monthly challenges – so we are working on it. The group is ever evolving to accommodate you.

  • Maybe. Maybe not. But that’s not our focus. We’re here to feel stronger, healthier, and more energized—whatever size that comes in.

  • As much or as little as you want. If you have a specific goal you are working on, you will likely be active in the group and attend more of the calls. If you have a particularly hectic month, maybe you just catch the replay or submit a question for Renae to answer. There is no required amount of time. This group is meant to compliment and improve your life- not add more stress.

  • Even better! This program is built with compassion and a non-diet approach—no calorie counting, no weigh-ins, no pressure.

  • Absolutely not! If you are someone that is done with fad diet and obsessing over food but you want to feel better in your body and life, this is the group for you!

  • I get it—we all have budgets. This group is $149 a month.

  • If there is one thing Renae is really good at, is making sure her community is seen and taken care of.There are 2 calls a month and ways to submit questions for Renae to answer as well. But, if you decide you want more support after joining the group - reach out to Renae directly and she can share private coaching options.

  • If you want specific support around food, such as binge eating/bulimia/food obsession, reach out to me 1:1. This group is a great step after we work 1:1 or for someone that doesn’t necessarily have food issues but does want to feel more confident in themselves, how they show up, and be alongside supportive women.

ABOUT ME

If you’re anything like me, you know what it feels like to be at war with yourself. To want one thing but do everything BUT that thing.
Or to overcome some serious obstacles in life and still be left thinking, “THIS CAN’T BE IT!”

I know this feeling because I’ve been there.

When I worked through my drinking, I shifted my obsession to food.

When I got a handle on food, I became consumed with exercise.

When it wasn’t exercise, it was my relationship.

And when I wasn’t creating chaos there, I was online shopping like a fiend.

I was always chasing something - thinking happiness was over there.

But wouldn’t ya know? Everywhere you go, there you are.

It took me a long time to realize the problem wasn’t my food, my job, my partner, or my body. The problem was I wasn’t being honest with myself. I wasn’t keeping promises to myself. I wasn’t asking, “What do I really need and want?” And I had no clue how to handle life’s big emotions without finding an escape hatch.

All of that led to a life I wasn’t proud of, a life that felt “meh” -  and I knew something had to change.

That’s why I created the Ballsy Broad Squad—because I know how exhausting it is to live life on autopilot, feeling like you’re falling short no matter how hard you try.

This is the space where you’ll learn to:

  • Break the cycles that keep you stuck.
