3. ADDRESS Body Image + Exercise
You probably want to exercise and eat healthy, right? I want that for you too, but we have to get your brain and your body working together instead of fighting against each other. You will begin to challenge old ideas of your body, break out of the box you’ve been trying to shove yourself into, and develop trust with yourself to eat when hungry, stop when full, and actually LIKE your reflection in the mirror. You will create a new relationship to exercise.
4. Emotional Regulation
Learn how to feel bored, experience frustration, and decompress at the end of a long day without having to eat. Your emotions, the ones you are likely turning to food to quiet or dull out now, will be allowed, processed, and listened to in a way that serves you.
