The first place I go when I need some truth
Whenever I am in a mood where I am feeling low or want to find a solution to move forward, this is where I go. I turn to Renea and put her “in my little ear holes” as she says… and go within while she speaks. This podcast helps me understand myself better, even as a coach who does similar work.. we ALL have things to work on!! Also here for the cussing and authenticity OF COURSE. Keep being amazing.

Empowerment
Renae GETS it. She keeps it real and relatable. She will call you out on your mental B.S. and show you ways to move forward. Renae is a firecracker who is always a fun listen. I can’t recommend it loud enough that you listen to her. Her talks have proven incredibly successful in my life and career. Her energy is infectious and you deserve what she is offering. Go get it!
