Ballsy Broads is a group coaching experience for women who :

  • Are done with dieting, quick fixes, and gimmicks but are all in on taking care of themselves.

  • Want to know what fuels their energy and leaves them feeling strong, alive, and unstoppable (not drained and dead inside).

  • Are ready to cut through the noise, simplify their lives, and focus on what truly matters to them.

But individuals who want to get honest, stay on track, and keep momentum going — whether that’s in your career, your habits, or your mindset.

Women who know that even if the things we work through are challenging, we can still have fun along the way!

MONTHLY TOPICS

A short 5-20, minute teaching on a key topic each month. These topics set the tone but aren’t restrictive — we’ll go wherever the group needs to go.

This is mainly something for you to focus on if you aren’t sure what you should be doing or need a little boost.

  • Maybe. Maybe not. But that’s not our focus. We’re here to feel stronger, healthier, and more energized—whatever size that comes in.

  • As much or as little as you want. If you have a specific goal you are working on, you will likely be active in the group and attend more of the calls. If you have a particularly hectic month, maybe you just catch the replay or submit a question for Renae to answer. There is no required amount of time. This group is meant to compliment and improve your life- not add more stress.

  • Even better! This program is built with compassion and a non-diet approach—no calorie counting, no weigh-ins, no pressure.

  • Absolutely not! If you are someone that is done with fad diet and obsessing over food but you want to feel better in your body and life, this is the group for you!

  • I get it—we all have budgets. This group is $149 a month.

  • If there is one thing Renae is really good at, is making sure her community is seen and taken care of.There are 2 calls a month and ways to submit questions for Renae to answer as well. But, if you decide you want more support after joining the group - reach out to Renae directly and she can share private coaching options.

  • If you want specific support around food, such as binge eating/bulimia/food obsession, reach out to me 1:1. This group is a great step after we work 1:1 or for someone that doesn’t necessarily have food issues but does want to feel more confident in themselves, how they show up, and be alongside supportive women.
